30 Year Old Who Went Through a Gynecomastia Surgery

With the sedentary and comforting lifestyle, I started gaining a lot of weight and very quickly. I went form about 155 lbs to about 205 lbs in no time. This is when I realized I need to get back in shape and then started the most difficult process of losing weight started.
