Dr. Daniel was very helpful in answering all my question for my first Vanquish treatment. He had also recommend me to do Cellulite after each Vanquish treatment. The cellulite helped me with breaking down the fat cell and detoxification. It was a painless process. My skin felt more tightening. My abdomen area had definitely shrink. I was happy with the results. My tip for 1st timers would be drink lots of water before, during and after treatment. Eat clean. Also wear a tank top or shorts to cool off the heating process!
