Vanquish is a waste
I had three sessions of vanquish pre-quarantine in February/March 2020 and one in May (4 total). It was for my belly/ flank area. It is now July 1, 2020 and it has proven to be a complete waste of4 hours & $1500.
According to the high-tech scale at the medspa, I lost .2 inches (yes, point two... not even 1/4 of an inch) from this treatment; however, that tiny loss is entirely attributed to an HCG diet & exercise regimen I initiated during quarantine (when I got my first three treatments in feb/march I was 5 foot three, 150 pounds. I lost 10 pounds from extreme diet before my fourth treatment in May and final weigh-in a month after that in June). I'm a fit yogi but my metabolism has slowed WAAAAY down after 35 (im now 41)
For the first two treatments, the techs did not crank the machine up enough. It felt a little warm, but I didn't know that it should actually be intense. The second two treatments were extremely hot, intense, uncomfortable, but I was glad to suffer because I wanted my money's worth. After the third treatment, I had a little nodule on my flank flab right under a tattoo, so I was hopeful that the treatment was working. But I honestly think it was just a bad reaction of the treatment to my tattoo. I drank tons of water before & after like they recommended & like i said, have been dieting & exercising so there is no explanation for my lack of results.
The medspa owner admitted that she expected me to have better results and offered me four more treatments at half price. LOL. Definitely never going to waste money on Vanquish ever again!
