Especially the flank area, like you're being air fried to death. Any doctor proclaiming it's painless is just towing the company line because they already paid for the machine. I even got a small blister my last treatment. Make sure to wear cool clothing to avoid sweating as I believe this might've caused the blister. It's suppose to tune from 90-100% for optimal results. I'm sure they can turn down the power or adjust the arms so there's less discomfort but what would be the point if it's less effective? I chose to suck it up and finish my sessions on full power since I already paid for a package of 6 (spaced 2-3 days to a week apart.) I would advise against 2-3 apart as the pain is much more intense. Not sure about results as I just finished my last session. I think I noticed some progress after my 4th or 5th session but that was in combo with diet and exercising. Will post before and after photos with next update. I would advise against this procedure if you're acutely allergic to pain.

You are absolutely never ever supposed to have perspiration, moisture or concentrated hot spots on the skin at any point during the process. If your provider did not tell you this or perform frequent skin assessment during the process, then I'm not sure what to tell you. I perform this treatment and per my clinics rules we are in the room at ALL times! Even if we are siting there watching a client nap, we are there!
