Didn't have the surgery just cancelled because his Vanity office is pure scam! They book the procedure you put money down on a credit card which they were not happy about. A few days later once they already had the money they call me and tell me that their credit card machine is not working and they can't get the money so it's being refunded to my credit card (2300) they then tell me I need to wire transfer or money gram the money to keep my date. When I spoke with my bank and they informed me the money was in their account and there was no refund coming. I told the coordinator I would not send them any money cash she then told me my procedure would then cost 6800 and that my date wouldn't be available anymore. Made no sense . Google vanity cosmetic surgery and u will see all the scam alerts and that this didn't only happen to me. They want cash because it's harder to get a refund when they screw up ur date or whatever else may happen. Be careful ladies. I hope the doctors know what their staff is doing. I still haven't got the money they charged me back and my procedure is cancelled.

No there not a scam ,people been scam them ,and that's make it harder for good people like me and you ,people have there surgery and then contact there bank to get there money back after they had there surgery .Even when I got there i had to do a money wire with my bank, no big deal.yes if you don't put down your money when the date is available when they tell u , it will be gone in a heart beat ,everyone wants fisher, he is almost book up til 2016 ,so if you called back and they told you that date wasn't available ,someone took it,chill hunty your money will be back on your card in a min. Just called back and ask for ariana ,and tell her tara ,said could you please help me through this process, I promise you she will.relax wait for your money, and call back on Monday.I will help you if needed.

You are probably right. The dates go fast. I just did a wire transfer Friday and got the July 2 date that came available. I didn't want to wait until September for Dr Fisher.

I have tried to call and speak with Ariana, Keyla, or Ana since yesterday morning. I have sent several emails. Not one call back. I received a confirmation email yesterday that didn't even have the date on it. Ana on Friday wrote to me that she was cancelling it and now its still on so they could prob try to collect the cancellation fee. I regret not reading the reviews prior to giving these people my money.. Now I have a flight and hotel booked out there and since I haven't gotten my money back yet cant even book with a different place.

They told me they can not issue refunds from that closed account that's why they are telling everyone to start a dispute with their bank. I encourage you to start that process. You will have better luck and faster resolution that way.

exactly its pure crap. And they still accept credit cards. Too much drama for my liking. I took my money elsewhere and have not had any of these issues. CG cosmetics.

Same thing happened to me. My surgery was Monday June 22nd and now I need to cancel. They told me they refunded me, then my bank said there's no refund coming thru. Then vanity tells me I need to file a dispute with my bank. Read my last review

I just filed my dispute with my bank on Friday the 19th. My bank takes 10 business days to process disputes so I wouldn't know anything until July 3rd. Hopefully I get my money. How about you?

Hey, just to let you know, I put down my small deposit and I still had to pay a bit more to save the date. They told me their credit card machine wasn't working and that I needed to wire a larger sum of money to save the date. I simply said I'm sad to hear, please let me know when your machine is up and running and I'll make the payment. She tried to tell me that to secure the date I needed to pay 'x' via bank transfer, blah, blah, I simply re-confirmed to her that as per our original agreement, I would be paying by credit card and I was happy to wait until their machine worked. They accepted that method prior and told me it was an acceptable method of full fee payment. A week later their machine was 'working'. I paid a large deposit by credit card and I will complete the balance by credit card. Persevere, they're not great with customer service etc but if you chill, be reasonable and talk to your coordinator it should work out :)

Id seen where a girl was mentioning him and I asked her was he new there and she told me no but he did operate on higher BMI patients. And Vanity mentioned him to me one time and this was a bout 2 weeks ago he was only 3500 dollars

They called me two days ago and said that the special ended if I couldn't pay the money that day.. So the quote they gave me was for 5000 + 1000 for RH

Sorry to hear this!! I hope your credit card company is disputing this? My guess is their merchant account is frozen and they can't access the funds. I paid for surgery via paypal 7 months ago, had surgery (no problem). Now they no longer use paypal, go figure. I hope this is resolved for you soon. Hang in there.

Please follow the procedures to get your money back if you definitely do not want to rebook...I realize most of these PS no longer taking credit card deposits..I was with Ortega and whilst he accepted my first installment via credit card, when I was ready to pay the rest as I was instructed to do two weeks before surgery date I was told to come and pay in person the day of operation as they no longer can prcess credit card payments
