I performed a very expensive in depth review...
I performed a very expensive in depth review earlier this morning, and just as I was about to finish my computer shut down on me.
This review will be significantly shorter due to the fact that I'm terrified it will happen again!
I have always been very focused on my weight. Eating right and spending at least 5 days a week at the gym. However, I am only 4 foot 11" with an athletic build, very little shape and no booty to speak of! Even though I've been aware of this site for years, I only recently joined officially. I had seen Dr Fishers work and was impressed with his reviews. Let me say none of them fell short. He is just as friendly, funny, personable, talented and professional as everyone has said. I feel like aside from reviews, there are not very many pictures of his work on this site. He is however, on Instagram fisherplasticsurgery and you can see tons of photos of his fine work. He is located at Vanity Cosmetic which I know a lot of people have faced challenges with according to the reviews. I am pleased to say that despite the fact that I went all by myself, and do not speak Spanish, I had no issues with anybody at their facility aside from what's to be expected when there is a language barrier. Certainly nothing a little patience and good nature can't overcome. I paid 4,500$ for the procedure itself and $1,500 for the Home Away recovery package which I will review separately because I hate my computer. I only met with Fisher right before surgery but it was plenty of time for him to find out what I wanted to achieve, what COULD be achieved and what could not. When I had initially contacted them about having the procedure I weighed 116 pounds. SOMEHOW I had managed to lose 6 pounds before my procedure which has never happened to me before in my life! Although even if he had had more fat to work with, I'm not entirely sure he would have been able to fit it. He said I had excellent skin tone for a woman my age which was great, except he did tend to limit the amount of fat that they could inject which I understood. Also the fact that I am so short my ribs almost meet my hip bones therefore leaving a very small amount of room to even HAVE a waist. I had already come to that conclusion myself so it was no surprise. He asked if I would prefer around or upside down heart because I could get away with either. I chose round. He asked me a few more standard questions about my health, and then he shook my hand and told me he would see me a little bit. After that the anesthesiologist came in to give me an IV of fluids and asked if I had any questions (which I did not) and about 20 minutes later he came back to show me to the operating room. I fell asleep before I there is even time to get nervous and when I woke up I had my garment on, they must have helped me into my clothes (I can't remember) but then I was being whisked away to the recovery house and somehow into bed. The first three days after I took vicodin every 4 hours. I was a little nervous that I was going to run out before I stopped meeting them, but after those first few days I was able to reduce them to 6 and then eight hours apart. In fact it's almost 3 weeks later and I still have a couple left. All in all it was actually a wonderful experience, both the procedure and my time at the recovery house which I will cover in my next review. I'd recommend Dr. Fischer to anyone and who knows, in a few more years when my skin starts to sag I might go back for round 2!
