BODY GOALS
IM 5'3 AND WEIGH 143 POUNDS. MY GOAL IS TO SLIM DOWN MY WAIST TO SIZE 0.....MEANING NO WAIST.

LADIES, I'M KINDA NERVOUS BUT LOOKING FORWARD TOWARDS THE 8TH. WHAT ARE SOME IMPORTANT THINGS I NEED IN MY SUITCASE FOF MY SURGERY? SO FAR I HAVE THE BASICS —

– LOOSE CLOTHING
– SANDALS
– MY BIG BEACH HAT ( LOL )
– PILLOW FOR PLANE RIDE
– ANY SPECIFIC PILLOW I WILL NEED ?
LOW SOCKS
BODY WASH SOAP ( SPECIFIC KIND ? )
MEDS AND RECOVERY SUGGESTIONS;
– ARNICA GEL

well for body wash get the dial soap because its antibacterial soap.
compression socks, and faja, benedrayl. that's all I got right now...I seen these things on other ladies post..i haven't been yet myself im going in april good luck on ya surgery keep me posted with pics....is it possible can u put up before pics

i got a boppy pillow. you put it under your thighs so you dont apply pressure to you butt when you sit. I typed in bbl supplies in the search engine to get a list of stuff i need. good luck girl!

Thermometer and Benadryl (for when u get the body itch days after), disposable bed pads to protect bed sheets, stool softener pills or milk of magnesium and baby wipes

Dunno abt the big beach hat lol unless ur planning to chill b4 sx. Straws for drinking, some girls use p ez dispensers (I used medium paper cups). Gauze pads and tape. towels to put between u and bed (to prevent blood/fluids from ruining sheets). Pillow is good, u will need to put under ur tummy. LOTS OF GATORADE AND WATER, lol.
