So today I decided to put my waist shaper on under my faja and it was the best thing I could've ever done. Lol. The compression rally minimizes the achy sore feeling.
I'm having massage withdrawals :( I may have to get some where I live. I didn't really have any fluid but it helped a lot with soreness. So far my waist is a 29 (with swelling) and my hips/ass is 41. With the shaper on it's 26 waist

Oh yeah
And I washed my FAJA right after my first massage. Be sure to wash it in cold water so the blood will wash out and not stain.
