Hi girls!!! So yesterday was 10 days post op, which for me, meant NO MORE DRAINS!! Yay!! I was so nervous to get them out, but it was a breeze!! Now, I'm starting to itch like crazy but I'm thankful that means I'm healing :)
I'm so loving my results!!! This has been so much easier than I expected!!!

Hi chicks!! I'm feeling pretty darn good today, after taking my first real shower! I have a tip for you girls... while showering, I tied a workout band around my waist & pinned my drains to it. Aww, I feel so fresh & so clean!!
I'm still pretty hunched over, but its getting better everyday. Although I'm swollen (especially below my drains), I am so impressed with my results thus far! & I'm thrilled that I still have not one bruise!! I'm looking forward to getting my drains out on Friday, but to be honest, they haven't really bothered me too much. I feel so blessed that this recovery has been pretty smooth!!

I am so glad you are doing so well! You look great! Great shower tip! My PS gives you a lanyard to pin your drains up on when you shower, but it still pulls a little. I will try your idea!
yeah, I tried around my neck (i read that some others did that), but tying around my waist kept not only my incision from getting soaked but it kept my drains so close to their "outlet", therefor there was no tugging, it was so comfortable!! & i was able to move around easy. I'm so thankful to have a built in bench in our steam shower :) shaving was a breeze!!

DAY 6 POST OP ~ I just put a phone call into my PS...
DAY 6 POST OP ~ I just put a phone call into my PS... I've noticed that my pelvic area, just below my drains, is incredibly swollen... so we'll see what he says...

Ok, I think you are already looking smokin hot, imagine when those bandages come off! Your tummy is one of the best I have seen, and believe me after months of research I have seen a lot! I hope you are feeling better every day(-:

You look reeally good! No bruising! What did you take before your surgery? Your boobies made me want to get some implants. But maybe would be too much at the same time for me since i'm getting tt, breast lift, lipo and brazilian butt lift.
like a week before surgery, I picked up some Arnica from my Naturopath (she has the strongest form you can buy). I started with 3 or 4 a day & have been taking 2 every day post op & I swear that is what has kept the bruising @ bay. I'm LOVING my girls!! They fit my body nicely!! & by the way, unless my Dr said it'd be too much, I'd get it all done @ once ( I tend to like to get things "over with", hence having a 2,3 & 4 yr old). :)

still have my drains, he likes them in for 10 days... Dr said to lay low for 24hrs (he wonders if I over did it yesterday) & to call in the am... will go in if it hasn't gone down. my gut says there is fluid ...
