I had 3 panels placed on each of my upper thighs...

I had 3 panels placed on each of my upper thighs where there were 2 small bulges of fat that rubbed when I walked. The rest of my legs were toned but I've always had these small pads of fat that I cannot get rid of and am at a healthy BMI of 23. I went in for a Sculpsure procedure in mid- January and after an initial consultation was deemed the perfect candidate for the procedure. I know full results are seen after 12 weeks and I am now only sitting at 11.5 weeks, however, there has been no improvement whatsoever in that area. I called up the clinic where I had the procedure done, and they said that I needed to wait the FULL 12 weeks before they would see me for a follow up. I highly doubt that all of the fat will just disappear in the next 4 days at the exact 12 weeks mark, but apparently the clinic is holding out for a miracle or something before they will see me. I am now going for a followup in 4 days which will put me at 12 weeks and 1 day since I had the treatment. I took measurements prior as well and they have remained the same and there is no noticeable difference in the rubbing or look of the upper thigh area. I have a feeling that they are going to offer me discounted further treatments. The actual treatment was very painful in the inner thigh area. I almost passed out when the machine was on full on my left thigh and I have a fairly high pain tolerance. The doctor said it was because there was a large nerve right under one of the panels. I was not forewarned about this and was only told I would experience some heating and then cooling of the area and that it should not cause any discomfort.
I would love to hear some feedback from others who have had SculpSure done (specifically on the inner thighs). I was wanting to get my stomach and upper arms done if this treatment was successful but I am glad I held out and did not purchase many additional sessions.
I am now considering CoolScuplting instead but am sort of concerned about the potential pain from nerve damage I had read that many experience after the procedure. Any feedback on either would be appreciated.

The experience was fine at the clinic. The actual procedure did not work.
