Large breasts run in my family. It seems that they get larger after you have children. I am about 5' 1" and had a DDD breast size. I had constant back and neck pain and was uncomfortable most of the time. My clothes never fit well and exercising was difficult. I decided to look into breast reduction and the only regret I have, is that I didn't do this procedure sooner in my life. I am now a comfortable C cup and have never felt better.
