I Thought I Would Settle for Prosthesis! - Vancouver, WA

I'm 56 yrs. old when my doctor started my breast...

WORTH IT
I'm 56 yrs. old when my doctor started my breast reconstruction, it takes a year to do the process, so now I'm 57 and the results is amazingly fabulous, excellent job compared at the beginning when I had no left breast. What an excellent job is Doctor Champaneria has done to myself. I feel great without no more hesitation to show off the result and I don't have to wear on & off with the prostheses I had in the beginning besides I get tired of wearing and it is not the same what I got now the implant. I can't describe enough how grateful I am and the decision I made to have it done I feel a real "ME"!! To look at my breast now it's like an art what a picture to have this done with an excellent and a perfectionist doing the job that he loves to do, that's what I loved about my doctor if I just have more money I would definitely go back to have more done with myself. But breast reconstruction is a big job and what a worthwhile having this long process and see the excellent results. I'm definitely 110 percent recommend my doctor. He is the BEST, young, very intelligent with awesome personality as well.... the perfect 10 score!!!

I don't know if I have a word for it to describe my surgeon! All I can say is he's the BEST, perfectionist surgeon!!! I just love him....

Yes, in 2013 I was diagnosed with DCIS. I've been through all the procedures like a biopsy and luckily I haven't had a radiation nor chemotherapy just left breast mastectomy. That time I thought I don't need a reconstruction because I just feel care less and be satisfied with prostheses. So had a prostheses been wearing for a year until time comes that I get tired of it in many reasons like example if I would like to go swimming I can't wear a bathing suit. I get to the point of I had enough of it so I decided to see Doctor Champaneria, his amazing staff & him told me about the procedure then I decided to have it done. it's really worth of waiting to see the final results of 10 months process. I have so much more confident of myself & feeling my own real self. My surgeon & staffs has done amazing above and beyond job in a very professional manner. Two thumps up!!!!
