Thank you for adding the specifics of implant, I am 7 days away from bilateral masectomy and so afraid I would not have any upper pole fullness with the Alergan 410's that he wants to put in down the line after tissue expansion phase. Did you have to do any tissue expansion and did you have any fat grafting. Your results are gorgeous. I didnt know you could get that beautiful shape with the anatomicals post reconstruction. There is a soft roundness vs. flat teardrop shape that I often read of. Any tips in choosing, like going up in size gives more fullness or does the moderate, low , full height of the base make a difference? Curious how they feel/move? SO happy for your beautiful result and certainly worth your 7 year wait. Just beautiful.
There's a high profile type..let your ps know you want fullness on the top as well.. You have time...you can change your mind!! Even a couple days before your exchange if you want to go bigger..

Thank u Karen. Doc said I have extremely thin tissue all will show edges of implant and expander. Does x profile in teardrop just mean fuller at bottom. I would like some upper pole fullness . I know its early but don't want to choose wrong it expand wrong . I know it's premature as I'm sitting here with drains and still in Me but hard to get a lot of research on the anatomical post reconstruction and side profile looks.
Do your implants feel hard or soft. mine have felt hard from day one and now 3 years post op. Not sure whether normal. cheers.

Finally nipples after 7.5 years without....

My talented and gifted surgeon, Dr. Allen Gabriel, came through again!!! New nipples and I LOVE them!!!

It took me 5 years to decide what, if anything, I was going to have done after having a bilateral mastectomy in 2007. I finally decided to participate in a study looking at the latest version of the gummy bear breast implants. I have been completely satisfied with the results. I am finally going to have nipple reconstruction this week followed by tattooing. I am eager to be done but also very happy with the results thus far!!! My surgeon, Dr. Allen Gabriel, is phenomenal!

Wow, what a great result! I'm getting the gummies in a month. I'm only expanded to 350... what is your rib circumference if I may ask? I may need more expansion to get your fullness. I'm 30 around the ribs... Again, you look amazing :))))
