I am scheduled for Brest lift and silicone implants, placed under the muscle tomorrow. I have chosen the size 234cc low profile gummy implant. After removing about 50cc of breast tissue they said I would be getting the 260-280cc gummy implant range. I am very nervous I choose the wrong size. I want them perky and small, max 34 C cup range. I have a lot of breast tissue and skin to lift. Having a hard time finding comparable before and after pics of women who choose low profile 260cc with a lift. Any words of advice anyone can share?

Everyone's frame is different. Why low profile? Are you small framed?You want to go a little bigger in size because once the implant settles in, they end up being on the smaller side. I'd recommend minimum 275. Especially Since you're having a breast lift. You want some fullness on the upper part of the breast. I just had surgery to exchange my implants since it's been 10 yrs. I went from saline to silicone. My first BA I used to be a small B and my doctor put 325 and 350 Giving me a full C. This time I went up to 450 cc to regain that volume and I'm happy I did. Before my first BA, My friend advised me to go bigger than the 250 I originally wanted. So glad I took her advice. I know some people that were conservative with the size because they wanted a natural look and then were disappointed once things settled. Right after surgery your boobs are going to look huge and you're going to feel uncertain. This is normal due to swelling. Once swelling goes down and the implants settle in, your boobs will look normal. Hope this helps. Good luck with your procedure tomorrow.

We look similar. I'm thinking same range its so hard. However, I'm not doing the lift. I'll be following your progress and please update how it all goes. My surgery is scheduled for April 18th w/ Gabriel as well :) You'll do awesome!!

how did it go? Cant wait to hear all about it. Hope you are relaxing and not in much pain. We have similar anatomy and i'm thinking 260--280cc as well. However yours will be perkier w/ the lift :)

Hoping your procedure went well! I think that an implant range of 230-280 ought to get you the look you're after. I have 300s (mod profile Allergan...which I think equates to low profile with other companies), and -while I'm overall happy with them, and my Benelli lift, I think *perfect* would have been 50ccs or so smaller.
