38 Years Old Active Male

Today is exactly a month after my last Vanquish session, i had completely given up hope. But then i thought of measuring my belly and to my surprise i have lost 1 inch overall. Although i am not entirely sure that it is due to the treatment because i have made what i think are some positive changes to my diet. My weight hasnt reduced so i like to think that it is due to the treatment. 1 inch is not much for all the time, money and anticipation but it gives me hope that more change may be on the way. There is no visible difference i dont think but the measuring tape shows an inch less!!

Today was my final session of Vanquish, the 6th one.

I felt a lot less heat than previous 5 weeks. In 6 weeks i have not seen ANY difference. They weighed and measured me each week and there has been no reduction in size nor any visible difference. I have been advised to wait for few more weeks as they say it can take couple of weeks after the last treatment.

Will update this post in 4 weeks but i'm a bit disappointed at this point. The only good part was i had ZERO side effects or downtime.

No problems or side effects what so ever. I was able to resume my normal activities for the very next day. All good so far.
