29 Yrs Old, 150 Lbs Lost .

Only a few days to go...
I use to weight 300lbs and decided it was time for a change. I joined a gym and changed my eating habits . slowly the weight started dropping and I finally reached 150 lbs after 2 years. I noticed my abdominal wall wasn't looking so great, sagging skin and no matter what I do, it's not going away. I saw my doctor who suggested a tummy tuck as it would be the only way to get rid of this nasty saggy stomach. I met with a few different surgeons and i felt most comfortable with dr.eric Pugash. Surgery is just a few days away... can't wait to finally get this done!!!

Great... injured my back at the gym doing 130lbs dead lifts ????!!! Surgery is 4 days away and if my back doesn't heal ... I can't do the surgery on Tuesday !!! Can't even take anti inflammatory, Tylenol didn't help and now I'm on tramacet and lyrica until it heals. Let's hope my surgery won't be postponed ...

Woke up at 545 am, have the biggest butterflies in my tummy !! I'm so excited and nervous. I can't believe im doing this, I feel like a huge mess of emotions!!!

Okay so it will all be fine, I think when I wake up from the surgery I'll laugh at myself for over thinking it.

Anyway, decided to post my before pics... wasn't planning to but this site helped me so much and reviewing the pics really helped Make my decision.
