Hi, the reason why you hadn't got the expected results with IPL may be due to the system used. Between IPL systems there can be as much difference as between a Dacia and a Rolls...I think that with the top system, Ellipse Nordlys, but probably also with Cynosure Icon or Lumenis M22, skin texture would have been as much improved and all pigmented areas already gone. Now you're right, go to IPL again but have a look to the system the clinic is using. Hope it could help.

Hi! I was going to do microneedling for slight wrinkles and sun damage as well but on my face, so you didnt think it did much for the sun damage?

I've done it on that area and am getting amazing results, more so than on other parts of my body. I'm kinda shocked how it is working.

Are you using a home microneedle? It so, what brand are you using? What is the measurement of depth you are setting the needles? I have a Dr Pen I purchased from Overstock. I hv eczema with an inflammatory component which gets triggered when I use it on my car so I just started using it for stretch marks and I set it at 1.0. You have remarkable results! Congratulations!
