It's been almost a year since I had this done and I must confess that although I thought there was an improvement in my lower abdomen, the results are really minimal. I am changing my assessment from worth it to not worth it. Way too much money for very little result. I am disappointed in myself for falling for this hype. Expensive lesson. Healthy nutritional habits and exercise are the answer, not high priced pipe dreams.

Thought I would give another update now that it's been almost two months. I am happy to say that there is a marked difference in my lower abdomen! I was getting what I call a 'smile' at the base of my stomach, which did not make me smile, and it is gone! My inner thighs, however, have not changed so I think the procedure is best for flanks (love handles) and abdomen. Ultimately, I think it's worth it but overpriced for the actual results. Wish I could afford to do my upper abdomen too, despite that pain which kicked in at day five and lasted about four days. I am pretty happy.

I am updating after a month and I can't say I see much difference yet. I forgot to mention in my first post that I had my inner thighs done as well and really hope to see a difference there but so far, nada. I am waiting until the two month mark to see if it was worth it for me or not. I have been working out four times a week and drinking plenty of water. My tummy does seem a little bit flatter but can't say it's noticeable in my clothes yet. I will continue to update.
