The experience overall was very bad. The doctor and nurse never gave me time to ask questions regarding what they wold recomend me, and everything felt very rushed. After consultation I kept calling asking for information, they would tell me they are going to get back to me, and 2 weeks later they haven't. If a office can't get back to my questions it's going to make me think about what they would do after a surgery if it happened to go wrong. Dr wittenburg has also had many law suits filed against him, and I read a story on cbc about a patisn't having serious complications after his procedure. I would recomend people look for a different doctor. I'm going to instead go to Toronto to get my procedures done. Overall would not recomend.

The office always provides a lengthy time for the assessment, discussion and review of options. People can have a differing view of what they think can be achieved and have quite unrealistic expectations and therefore can be upset and a bit vindictive. The office is very focused on communication and education of the patient. It is very concerning to us when we read this review but we are confident of our staff and process.

Your office emailed me this exact quote : "Thank you for your interest in our office. Unfortunately we will be unable to assist you in achieving your specific treatment goals at our office. We do wish you the best of success. " You made me pay 100$ for a consult, recommended me all different procedures such as chin and cheek, and then you tell me you can't do my procedure. And even worse, you aren't giving me back my 100$ consult fee. I would not recommend anyone to this office.

Ohhhh ok I just read this after looking at the other positive ones. I found the article you mention... How come your consult was $5000 is that a typo?

His prices are also way too high. They also keep pressuring me with phone calls from an assistant that gave me incorrect pricing 4 times. She Lao has a heavy accent and bing hearing impaired I cannot understand her! I asked to have someone else call me and they said they would but nope same assistant. I have now blocked them. I never felt safe or confident with them and this is why

I also think Dr Wittenberg does amazing work but his staff leave much to be desired. I would have gone with him If not for the incorrect quotes etc

No one. I have put on weight and need to get it off first. I have been quoted $8500 for a full facelift in Kelowna. Dr Wittenberg rep quoted me $34,000 for lower face neck lift.
