I am so excited to have my breast augmentation...

I am so excited to have my breast augmentation performed by Dr. Pugash at the end of July. He decided on silicone under the muscle but my final appointment for sizing is June 13th and I'm getting nervous for it. So far, him and his staff have been absolutely wonderful, I knew right away I did not need to book any other consultations with other surgeons. In my eyes, all of his before and afters look perfect, and I would be happy to have those results. I'm from out of town and Simone went above and beyond with getting me in to see Dr. Pugash. She is just lovely. I am so excited for my surgery!!

day 1 postop feeling great

I had my surgery done yesterday early morning and I wasnt in any pain as the day went on. ive been taking one tramadol with 800mg of ibuprofen. alot of girls have complained about it upsetting their stomachs and I didnt have that problem but I was quite nauseous leaving the recovery room. its 1 day post op and I still feel great. They are quite tight and the only pain I feel is the tightness of the surgical bra. They look a little swollen and are a tad high up but I already have some cleavage which I wasnt even sure I would get. Im just so impressed with Dr. Pugash and his entire surgical team at False Creek. a great experience.

in no pain at all. finished antibiotics. off of painkillers. no bruising. theyre very hard just waiting for them to drop and move inwards since theyre under my armpit and its a little uncomfortable.

My results are outstanding. My breasts look perfect and totally natural. I went with the size that he chose for my augmentation and I'm so glad I trusted him. Any bigger and they would have looked disproportionate. He is by far the best plastic surgeon. If you are interested in having a breast augmentation look no further. My breasts had zero cleavage to begin with and he said he can only do so much. I wasn't expecting to have cleavage but he worked his magic and I do!!! I can't believe how fantastic they look. Dr. Pugash, his staff, and the False Creek centre far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
