Beautiful results!
Do you know what you're sizing at? We have similar stats and my doc is suggesting 560-580cc, and I want big, but worried at how big of a difference that sounds to what most girls end up getting on here
Hey! When I get professionally fitted, I’m a 30F (or 30DDD depending on the brand).
When I go to Victoria secret, La senza, etc, I’m a 32D.
What’s your goal?
My doctor actually suggested 400 when I went in. I loved the 350 sizers, so I met in the middle at 375.
And starting out I was a 30AA
Currently, I'm a 34a/34b (barely there) im kind of at a toss up. I want big boobs. I'm not concerned with them looking "natural" I want perky full boobs. I was told that the 560-580 would put me around a 34DDD/36DD. which sounds so massive.

It took nearly a year to get in to see Dr Pugash, and he was definitely worth the wait. I was very unsure about CC's, however he's very good at determining the appropriate size for your body. Couldn't be happier! I ended up going 375 smooth, round silicone, under the muscle. He recommended 400, and I wish I'd have listened (even though it's just a few table spoon difference). I'll post before/during and after. I'm currenetly just over 1 month post op. If you're unsure about moving forward, book a consult, try on the sizers. He really really listens! He went to Harvard, and he's been doing this for 30 years!!

Why do you wish you went 400? Could you please elaborate? I'm having the same issue not sure if I want 400 or 450cc. I'm 5"5 and 145lbs. I just don't want to look too heavy if I get them slightly bigger
Are you seeing Dr. Pugash as well? He initially recommended I go 450cc but at 5’4 and 120, I just felt that was too unnatural. I am now just over 4 months post op and am actually really happy with 375! They look very natural. I couldn’t decide between 350 and 400 so met in the middle at 375. Maybe you could do the same and go 425?
I went from a 30AA to a 30DDD (in Victoria Secret that’s a 32A to a 32D).
I think depending on your band measurement (if you’re a smaller frame/build), you won’t look heavy. I definitely have to dress differently, but rarely feel like I look heavier. Hope this helps!
Yes that helps thank you.
Looking great! Congrats! I agree with trying on sizers and listening to Dr. P. He’s the best! :-)
I’ve got a consult booked for November and I called in January. I’m on the cancellation list . it took you a year to get the surgery date or the consult?
Did you go with high profiles?
Yup, I went high profile. I called in August and was booked for a June consult. I was also on the cancelation list. I ended up getting engaged and wanted everything to be settled by the wedding, so I called again in February to see if anything had changed, and let them know about my upcoming wedding. Fortunately Simone called me back the next day saying that another client wanted to change consult dates with someone in June, so I ended up getting in earlier, and having my surgery in May. My wedding was mid October and they looked perfect!!
