How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

3 Weeks Post-Op
I am FINALLY able to sleep on my sides without discomfort. Sleep has never felt this good. Thank God!

They are softening up so much more now. I still continue massaging them everyday. Pain is low, rating it a 1 out of 10, only if i reach things that are too high up or bend over too far.

I still would like them to drop more, but im so impatient. My left "stubborn" one is still higher than my right, but if you notice in my before BA pictures, my left breast was ALWAYS higher, and that won't change). The bruise on my left breast has also faded.

2 Weeks Post Op
Wow, 2 weeks! The time is flying by, but i wish it would fly by faster so i can get outta this stupid surgical bra. (I have to wear it for another 2 weeks)

All pain and tightness has pretty much subsided, but I still haven't been sleeping very well. My doc gave me the OK to sleep on my sides 2 days after my surgery, but until now I still feel like i cant. It feels like my boobs are heavily hanging to one side and then starts pulling on my armpits, I hope that makes sense hahah. It doesn't hurt when i try, just uncomfortable. I am off all prescribed pain medications, and no longer need to take advil either.

They are also softening up, but ever so slowly haha. I think i feel them soften up .05% more and more everyday. I continue to massage them 10 times a day (or sometimes more) as instructed by my PS. I have been getting morning boob every morning, but thats when massaging helps the most. (Morning boob is when you wake up sore and tight, due to the inactivity throughout the night. It Usually subsides as the day goes on) Massaging them really relaxes them every time, and they no longer hurt when i do them.

Like most women who have had a BA, I also have that "stubborn" side. Mine happens to be my LEFT side, the one with the small bruise on the side. It is slightly higher and harder than my right. This was to be expected. my doctor warned me before-hand that my left breast would take longer to heal because of my previous biopsy surgery. Did you ladies just wait it out for your stubborn boob to settle? Or did you guys do something to help it out?

The tape is still on my incisions, so i cant see them yet. I'm supposed to let them peel off on it's own. I'm starting to love them more and more everyday, i feel sexy and great that i no longer need to wear extra padded bras haha!

I am officially back to work tomorrow! (I took a full 2 weeks off) wish me luck.

P.S. I will be posting a list of things you need for BA surgery very soon!

I woke up today feeling more sore than usual, it may have to do with my period coming up? Im not sure. Also numbness in my breast seem to have spread to other areas of my breast. Is this normal?

As for my bra, I called my PS and although he is currently on vacation, i spoke with his desk staff, and she said I can adjust my bra as long as I am comfortable. I am so relieved!
