Wow u look amazing !!! You only had bellafill done right? No lasers ? No subcisions?
Dramatic improvement! Looks fantastic! !!!!
Wow, amazing results, how long the bella fill supposed to last? any subcisions?
Bellafill is pretty much permanent. That's why it's critical you go to someone with a lot of experience and skill because it will not degrade.
Bellafill is SEMI-permanent. It lasts for 5 years in most. There have been a few cases where people had some of the filler left 8-15 years later. There have also been quite a few cases where people developed nodules that may or may not be surgically removed.
The nodules is what scared me away. i was all for bellafill until i read about the complications. Then i had to take the long route (subcision)
My Bellafille has lasted for 10 years now. I do need a retouch on the marionette line on one side of my face. But the other side not so much, and the results have hardly faded at all on my nasolabial folds. I believe that the main reason I need a retouch now is because I've had 10 years' worth of aging since I had the Bellafill done. Your face tends to keep aging in whatever ways it started aging to begin with. So if you're a person who got marionette lines or nasolabial folds as you started aging, then as you continue to age those lines will continue to form, whether or not you've had them filled. But with Bellafill, the process is greatly slowed down.
I have down extensive research, it’s only supposed to last 5-10 years I thought
Do you have photos? Seems subsicion is golf standard anyway. I’d want that as part of my treatment regardless
Wow... congrats. This is significant improvement. Your doctor really did a great job filling the scars.
Wow the results look great! This makes me hopeful.

2 syringes post bellafill

I have now had 2 syringes of Bellafill over the course of 4 weeks. I had minor bruising after 2nd treatment and very happy so far :) i go back in 2 more weeks where I will have a 3rd treatment done possibly a bit more on left side as that is where my worst scaring is as well as starting on the right side of my face.

Glad it's working for you.
This same treatment will work to keep you forever young in the future.
Not in my experience
Any pictures now?
Thank you so much for sharing. I’ve been super depress lately with no hope. You have provided me for a reason to have hope again. How bad is the recovery. I’m really shy and would like to get it done over a long weekend.

I had delt with cyatic acne during mt early 20s and so I purchased a full kit as I have many deep scars. Doctor treated small area with my biggest scar. The procedure was quick and painless. I have check up in 2 weeks and more will be done on my other scars. I am more then satisfied. I cant wait to see how it will all look when I am done.

I already see an improvement in your skin !
Thank you ! So do I :)
So you had bellafill done? Can I ask you if you had any major swelling or bruising after the procedure? Any lumps?
Swelling was very minimal and went down after a day. No bruising and no lumps. The area is a little tender but nothing painful
Oh wow thank you I am looking into getting that done as well but very skeptical as bellafill is permanent and must be done by an expert injector
I was at first too. I had fraxel done before but no luck with my indented scars. My dermotologist has been practicing for many years and suggested bellafill. I am so happy with my results. Where are you located ?
I live in Burnaby. Where is Dr shah located ?
North surrey. Google BC skin and laser !
Thank you so much!!!

Wow, thank you for sharing, you look great! Do you plan on having other areas treated?

Thank you :) & yea i do. I purchased the full kit so i still have 4 syringes left. The scar i had treated was my biggest one by far. Im back in a week and a half to have more done :)
How is it now? I suffer from terrible acnes scars that have gotten worse as I have gotten older. I've tried everything.
I just had 2nd treatment done wednesday in same spot ill update with pictures :) skin looks great and i am so happy with results so far

I see no improvement.
Then you are clearly blind lol
The giant deep indented scar is gone. You must have missed that ...

Seriously? The skin looks almost flawless.
Are you looking at the same pictures as the rest of us? Number 3 pic especially compare left pic to right
I agree with yanyong93..I see very little improvement for the cost of this procedure. I think Subcision would be better for the cost! I already wasted $8,000.00 on useless overhyped lasers and don't want to waste another dime on another overhyped procedure!!!! If you research online about reviews on lasers..hundreds of people have the same complaint as I do. It's not rocket science when you actually think about what lasers are really doing..they're removing the same amount of skin around the scars as they do in them..so, pretty much explains the result. The only real way of getting rid of an acne scar is to do excision or have Subcision done underneath the scar to un-tether the scar so it can raise.
I am not sure if Bellafill is another overhyped procedure or not, but I have had multiple people from Plastic Surgeon offices tell me entirely different facts about this filler and is disturbing to me!!! Many of them said it was only good for about 1-5 years and a few said it was a permanent filler and lasts forever. hmmm
I am more then happy with my results. My deep scars are gone. No clue what pictures you are looking at.
Who did your bellafill injections?
It is indeed permanent.
Actually, is is SEMI-permanent. Will last up to 5 years then you lose some slowly. There has been a few people who had some of the filler left up to 9 years. And quite a few people have developed lumps or granulomas from it. And yes, I'm talking about Bellafill, not Artefill. All physicians I've talked to won't use it.
Maybe after the first and second treatment you don't see much improvement but those last pictures from the 3rd are incredible results! You people are crazy! The price is worth it I've already spent 12,000$ in lasers that did such little improvement this remarkable!
