2 years 4 months post MM and 1 year 5 months post TT REVISION.

Well it's been a while! To be honest I wasn't sure how I felt about my TT revision - hence my complete radio silence. But just over a year has passed and I'm happy to say I'm SO GLAD I DID THE REVISION.

I'm thrilled with my breasts and couldn't speak more highly of DR P's skills here but the TT was a botch job/ short cut that I'm still really frustrated about. I truly believe that if he had taken his time and done a FULL TT the first time round (like he was supposed to do!) I wouldn't have needed a revision- which was another major and unnecessary surgery.

To those of you who ARENT happy with your results- don't be afraid to go back and ask for a revision. Your doctor owes you (literally because these things aren't cheap!) a good result that you are satisfied with.

I'm happy with my results on the whole now. Could my scar be better - sure, is my belly button perfect- no, but at the end of the day, I DO fell like a million dollars in clothes and have my confidence back! Which was the whole aim of the surgery to begin with.

REVISION - Almost 2 weeks PO

Still really really swollen and can't walk upright yet. Still in my recliner.
Praying the results are a flat tummy this time around.

It really hard to tell at this early stage aye...hang in there looking forward to seeing you unswollen soon :)
Ugh recovery all over again is no fun. I have a good feeling this time he made sure you're flat. How does it look from the side?
Yes, you sure are very swollen still. Rest assured that some people are swollen for several months and some more so than others. It looks like your previous BB surround is right down at the bottom of your vertical scar which tells me that your skin was pulled down considerably. Although that vertical scar is not perfect it is very thin so I suspect that it will hardly be noticeable over time. Your BB looks a little angry so hopefully it's not infected. You might want to put a little bit of polysporin on it (if you're not already doing that). I have been thinking of you so thank you for updating. Praying for a flat tummy for you in the new year!!
Hi BBNM, I don't think he removed too much actually as I had that little red "mole" (cherry angioma) at the top of my original BB and you can still see it at the top of the vertical incision. Let's hope I end up flatter than last time. I have been putting some polysporin on my BB as I'm paranoid about necrosis! Especially since I was told originally that he had floated my BB ?!! Thank you for the advice though. I appreciate your expertise :)). Praying that the BB heals without any problems. [RS bleep]
