What a journey! This has been a grueling week, recovering from my lift/augmentation. I did not realize how much I used my pectoral muscles! I couldn't do anything! Brushing my teeth has been a painful process. If it wasn't for my husband and mom, I would have been screwed! Lol. A few things that I have been experiencing... ITCHING! Omg the side of my boobs have been going crazy! "Morning boob pain" I wake up and my boobs are throbbing and I feel extremely stiff, Sharp random pains through out my breast, pressure galore! I feel like I'm struggling to breath constantly, and back pain, I'm so sick of sleeping on my back! I could just screaming!!! I go to my one week check up on Friday. There are a few things I want to go over with my doctor. On my surgery day when my PS was drawing the lines and pictures on me. I discovered that my left breast is significantly higher that my right. When he was drawing the line underneath each breast they didn't come close to meeting. He told me that there wasn't anything he can do about that. I laughed because they were so off. Looking at my breast I am a bit concerned because they are looking a bit lopsided. I had never noticed it before, because my left breast (especially after breastfeeding) has always been larger than my right. I have added pictures, let me know what you guys think. I'm still pretty swollen so I know things will change. But geez, I'm concerned. Other than that I am still really happy with the size and look thus for.
I did it!!!
Everything with so smoothly. I arrived to my appointment feeling pretty excited and surprising calm. I guess I got all of my nervous jitters out the day before. I met with the anesthesiologist and the attending nurse to get my IV all together. They were super sweet and supportive. Once that was all squared away my Dr. came in and discussed my size and desire once again. He marked me up like a chalk board and we were all set ready to go.
Surgery was a breeze, It literally felt like I knocked out and was right back up a few seconds later. Lol (My surgery was 3 hours long). I woke up in a lot of pain, I was given some medicine and once I was fully awake I was able to head home. As soon as I got in the car a barfed. The ride home was pretty rough, I was so nauseated and did I mention I live a hour away. Ugh! Once I got home I settled on my Recliner coach and it has been my spot ever since. I have been taking my medicine around the clock, if I go just a few minutes past the 4 hour mark I am in agonizing pain.
My post Op appointment went great today, I was able to check the girls out and they look great! a lot of swelling and a bit of bruising but perky! Here are a few pictures I managed to take. :)

Night Before Surgery
Tomorrow is the big day!! I am excited yet oh so nervous all at the same time. All week I have been tossing and turning at night thinking about the decision I am making. One moment I was getting "Cold Feet" the next I was jumping for joy with excitement. I'm sure that most people go through the rollercoaster of emotions but man! This is something that I have wanted since I finished breastfeeding my first child ( which turned 13 today btw). So its not a question of if this is something I really want, my nerves are just getting the best of me. Anywho wish me luck! Tomorrow I will be a new woman!

Amazing!! When I went for my consultation he was so helpful and informative. Dr. Hu and his assistant Amanda made the experience so pleasant and comfortable. I look forward to my procedure.
