I'm planning my journey to revamping my "girls". I have 3 beautiful children that I have all breastfed. Let's just say my breast are now hanging a little low Lol. I am done having babies (DONE!! Ha) and I am now ready to get back to where I once was but even better. I'm excited for this new journey from a mid B to a perky D/DD.

Pre op on Thursday!!!

Lovingme85
I am scheduled for my Pre Op in two days. I feel like I have a million questions to unload. What size is most proportionate with my body? Over or under the muscle? How long will recovery be? High projection or not? It goes on and on and on!! I have been on this site being inspired by so many woman. Which has helped me get the courage to finally move forward with getting this done. I am usually a private person, but I want to inspire and encourage woman that are just like me. So here I go!!

It is amazing how I can look in the mirror everyday, everyday! Yet once I took a few photos of myself it became even the more obvious I need this done. My beautiful babies favored my left breast and oh does it show! Lol the difference between my left and right breast is undeniable.

Here are a few photos :-/. I am currently a B cup, hoping to have a full D/DD. when I told my PS he suggested 450cc implants possibly a little larger for my right breast. I hope that is a good size.

Uhhhhhh so nervous!!!!

Good luck! They will come out great! Are you doing just implants or a lift as well? I am currently similar to you and have decided not to do a lift for the time being for multiple reasons. Just hoping to go big enough that my emptiness is filled lol I will be checking back throughout your journey!

Thank you! Good luck to you as well. I will be getting a lift, I feel like my "girls" hang just a little to low for my liking lol. What are your reasons for opting out on the lift?

Mine hang a little low as well! But I am opting out for a few reasons 1) I plan to have more kids and being able to breastfeed is very important. 2) pregnancy and breastfeeding after a lift with high implants could cause more sag under the implants. I'm also hoping recovery time will be less without the lift but not a major concern mostly the first two. I'm thinking in the future after more kids I will get a lift and new implants that are super high and hopefully (key word there!) not saggy. For now I'm just hoping to get implants and not be so deflated.

How did your preop go?

Hey! Thanks for checking on me! It went amazing, I was so nervous and now I'm like "ok lets do this!". I just hope these next few weeks fly by. How are things going with you? Are you nervous?
April 28, 2017
That's great! I was nervous at mine too. I felt like I made one of the biggest decisions ever. Picking out size was so stressful. Yeah I'm nervous. I just hope I don't have any complications. I'm so worried about being put to sleep. I've never had a surgery while out completely. It's scary. How about you?

I've had surgery once before, I guess since I have I'm not nervous about going under as much as being nervous about them screwing something up. My Nipples are the main thing I'm nervous about. I sit and think "what if they make my nipples all deformed" lol. Or too small! I actually spoke to my PS about it and stressed to him how VERY concerned I am about them. He assured me he will do his best to make them look perfect.... We'll see. Just typing about it is driving me crazy LOL!

I haven't really thought much about mine. I did tell him I wanted them smaller. I just want to make it out of surgery and not get sick on my stomach. I'm trying not to think of all the bad stuff that can go wrong. I need to make a note for my nipples now lol. I have a list of stuff for my surgeon. I told the nurse to keep me alive lol. She had the funniest look on her face.

Pre Op done!!! It's getting REAL!!!

Wowzer, talking about a million papers to sign. Had me second guessing my decision for a minute. I'm like geez all this can happen!? Not to mention all of the things I can't do before surgery. Ha! Besides all of the paperwork, my pre op appointment was awesome. I can't hoot or holler enough about how great my PS and his staff is. So attentive, patient and answered all of my "dumb" questions.

I have been going back and on how big I want to go. I know if I go to small I will be disappointed but what's too small? So I talked it over with my PS nurse that will be assisting him in surgery. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they order a large range of implants in my target size, based on my measurements and will test all different sizes during surgery to insure they give me the perfect size for my body. I was super excited to hear this. My range is between 415cc and 520cc ???? (I don't know about 520cc!)

I was so nervous about this process prior to walking into my Pre op appointment. Now I am super excited and confident that this is something I am ready to do.
