In pain & paid 3500 euros for vaginoplasty that wasn't completed correctly

I went to Ebru Unal in March for a surgery. After 7 weeks, I contacted her regarding the fact that she hadn't completed my surgery correctly at all, and nothing had changed compared to what I wanted. Before the surgery, she promised me a lot but unfortunately didn't deliver on any of her promises. I reached out to her and asked her to either refund my money or to book my plane tickets so I could come to her because it was her fault. Now, I'm in pain and I paid 3500 euros for an operation that wasn't completed correctly at all. My doctor checked me in my home country and was shocked by the way she had stitched me up. It's such poor work, and you get none of what you pay for. The doctor chose to block me because I want my money back or a solution to the problem. It also shows how poor a service she provides to her patients. I'm very disappointed with the result.
Stay away from the place. They may seem sweet and helpful, but don't fall for it.
