Libiaplasty

I did libiaplasty in Turkey last year I'm so disappointed with results I get pain in sex and if I'm lying down pain gets worst and it's always feeling hot down there burning the appearance is also worst than before looks like wrinkled dogs ears can someone tell me what they think the problem is could it be nerve damage? I been to many gynos they say nothing is wrong with it I'm even not lubricant like I was before neither and can I get this problem fixed I regret my decision so so much and just want to be normal agian someone if they know please tell me the problem so I can explain to the gp it is botched
