Wish I Didn't Do It

So day of surgery doctor went crazy with laser cut way too much tissue out. Had trouble sewing me back up. Way too tight I couldn't breath or go to bathroom. Was holding my breath for first week. Popped All My exterior stitches had to go back in after one week. I had an infection bad. Doctor had to re cut me and stitch me back up... I told him I popped All my interior stitches he said no I didn't never checked and sewed me back up. He new he [RS bleep] up n was tryna to make good on his f up and decided to give me a prp shot to help in my healing and he shot it in my clit and inside my vagina. Well that's not Recommended with a infection so I burned all night long bad. So now my clit has no feelings...it's almost impossible to have an orgasm and my internal stitches have healed all messed up and now my tail bone is on inside of my colon and my poop hits a dead end behind my tail bone since it's in the way of me pooping. Not fun I'm constantly constipated then have major bouts of diarrhea tummy aches almost daily and can't orgasm anymore. There was nothing wrong with my clit now it's dead my sex life is none existent and can't have a proper bowel movement. I really liked my doctor but am not living my life. It has affected my life in such a negative way all I have is so many negative things to deal with now wish I never trusted him to f my body up in such a way I'm gonna need major surgery to fix the problem he swore I didn't have. I've had to stick my finger up my rectum to feel what's going on up there only to feel my poop stuck behind my tail bone which isn't supposed to be inside my colon. He left me with a clit with NO feelings No More tingling it's fried and needing more surgery to fix his f up. Major problems it's been 4 years and I'm not even sure how to go about getting surgery so I can have a normal bowel movement. My clit is dead forever he fried every 8 thousand nerve in my clit.
