God is good!!!!!!! I hope everyone had a great new year holiday!!!!!!! 8 weeks post op and started up Zumba for the first time this past Monday and it was WIONDERFUL!!!!! I kept thinking "I'm back!!!!!!!". I tried not to over do it because I still can't do all the moves fully yet but it was so hard not to. When the music starts, it's just so much fun!!!! So now I'm back with my trainer, I'm back doing Zumba, all that's left is I have to restart with TRX. Hopefully that'll be soon. Have a blessed new year!!!!!!!!

Christmas was awesome!!!! Hope everyone was blessed this year! But, of course, Santa came early for us who got our plastic surgery before Christmas! LOLOL! I am 7 1/2 weeks post op now. And swelling is nonexistent. The incision is fully healed and I am just continuing to do the Mederma. I had to really control myself last night at Christmas dinner and just ate small portions and no dessert. If I eat too much, I just feel too bloated. Latest pic at 7 1/2 weeks :))))))

Oh my, time flies!!!!!!!! Wow I can't believe how quickly it's gone by!!!!! Christmas is right around the corner and it'll be 2015 right after that!!!!!! Recovery is going GREAT!!!!! Started my incision on the mederma and it's looking great. I'm down to 99 lbs!!!!!!!! My appetite just is so so which is ok by me. I start my first day back with my trainer to increase my strength and endurance. I've lost a lot of muscle mass to my arms, legs and butt. I want to get that all back!!!!!!!! Dr. Klink is the BEST. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. My tummy tuck incision is symmetrical and very well approximated. I have minimal bruising from my lipo area in my flanks. Swelling to my abdomen is at a minimal thanks to the compression garment. I was off my pain meds by post op day #4. By post op day 1 & 2, I was doing dishes and laundry. By post op day 3, I was able to climb the stairs in my home. By post op day 4, I went to church. Dr. Klink is caring, encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. His nurse, staff and office people are EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!! His follow up care is phenomenal!!!!! His office equipment is state of the art!!!!!!!!!!! He came highly recommended to me by my fellow nurses who worked with him in the past! Great doctor, even better caring man!!!!!!!!!
