I bought a cream from Protege called flawless...
I bought a cream from Protege called flawless after sending my scar picture to them (Customer service) to check if it will work and the answer (on the same day)was "Yes" plus we have 100% money back guarantee.
After 6 weeks I saw no results so sent on their facebook page inbox message and mentioned that I am willing to keep trying as I still have cream. They replied instantly to encourage me.
I used it religiously not for 6 weeks only but for 10 weeks and the result not just no improvement but reddish color and more visible scar that eventually started peeling and after visiting the dermatologist I had to stop immediately and apply Elika (Corti) for a week to treat the damage.
I then emailed them the before and after pictures but this time they never bothered to even reply so I kept trying to resend the email for 2 weeks (to both their addresses) and even sending on their facebook inbox plus comments but no reply at all though this same customer service used to always reply within less than 24 hrs.
The morale of the story, may be their product works for some people but definitely they do not keep their promises and therefore their credibility is questioned. I am ready to show anyone all the emails and messages exchanged with them. Trust is much more important than money and this is what has been lost. If the company has no credbility so do not assume the product to have!

The Protege flawless cream has actually made my deep scar worse or more visible after 10 weeks of use; but after my dermatologist treatment I am back to the original.
The worst experience is with Protege customer service who promised pay back (as advertised) if no results and used to follow up and reply back then disappeared and pretended as if my emails and facebook messages suddenly stopped reaching.
Later, after a harsh email from me (5th attempt over weeks), they replied saying you bought it from another online site so they are not responsible for their own products and promises!
Anyway it was not that expensive and I have just tried it but what was really shocking is coming across a company that is basing its promotions on money back guarantee and discover that this is just fake propaganda!
The product is made in USA and I am based in UAE so ordered it online from a site that offers door to door delivery .
