Finally getting there

As a woman with annoyingly stubborn muscles (all over my body), I kinda had a feeling it will take more than 3 months for my muscles to stretch for the implant.
In the meantime, the remnants of swelling went away and I’m left with what still has to drop and fluff. But I’m finally at peace and happy.
I love how light my new breasts are. I love how they are bigger, but they are not the first thing in notice about me (hope it makes sense). I have cleavage in a swimsuit! I don’t have to wear heavily padded bras to create an illusion of balance in my body. I love how natural they look.
The scars will fade and going to be minor, although I am prone to forming rather thick scars (hurray for silicone sheets!).
I’m super thankful to my PS, Dr Pousti, for listening and hearing what I was asking for. He is an artist, he is reasonable and if you trust him 100%, he’ll change what you need gracefully and with respect to your body and it’s limits.

Thank you very much for taking the time to document your journey. I think that it will be very helpful to other young ladies considering the operation. I appreciate you frequently including photographs as well. I look forward to seeing you back in the office soon and am hopeful that you will be very pleased with the long-term outcome of the procedure performed. Thank you again. Tom J Pousti MD

Time flies

It’s time for the first vacation with the upgraded body. Love how lightweight my new breasts are, and they don’t too big for my frame at all, pretty natural. I mean it’s not the first thing you notice when you see me, if it makes sense.
No more discomfort, just occasional pangs (muscle stretching), and I’m still performing the exercises/massage. My muscles are pretty stubborn so it’s not easy, but they finally started giving in.

Sizing and bras

It was extremely difficult to find a bra that would fit me perfectly and would feel comfy. Finally I’ve found this one from Natori. It appears that I’m 32D now, which was my goal.
Hurray for nordstrom rack yet again!
The breasts change little by little and getting better every day, expanding, getting softer and dropping. They still don’t look perfect, but now I can clearly see that they are getting there for sure.
I also started wearing silicone stripes over my scars to ensure that they’ll look and feel thinner. So far they look great even without the silicone sheets. Btw they can be found at any pharmacy store, like Rite Aid or CVS

Overall rating

The artist I wanted to have BA for an insane amount of time, but having trust issues, even with doctors, I was postponing and procrastinating forever. Then I stumbled on Dr Pousti’s reviews. I liked what I read about him, he sounded like someone I can trust. Once I saw him, I felt like I won’t need to set up consultations with other surgeons, why bother, Dr Pousti is the one. It’s not only my gut feeling, it’s how he acted - confident, knowledgeable, but humble. He listened and he heard, he looked and he saw. Apart from him I talked to is nurses a lot during our first consultation - they were super friendly, upbeat and helpful. I’m so grateful to them, I haven’t met better nurses anywhere. Dr Pousti’s precision and attention helps you relax and trust him. He is incredibly realistic too, yes, his skills are incredible, but he also fees that difference between “can be done no problem” and “can be done but might backfire sooner or later”. Listen to him, ask him for his opinion. When I did, he was frank, soft and supportive: there are limits to things that can be done to our body, limits that shouldn’t be crossed. To my amazement (I’m a hell of a control freak) I let him fully decide on everything. And I didn’t regret about my decision. He respects your body and changes it accordingly. He is a true artist, he does what he loves and what he is best at. I’m happy with my results, and I’m incredibly grateful for Dr Pousti’s efforts to make me look the way I wanted to look, supporting me at every step of my recovery and being so amazing. I wish he lectured at some college on how to treat a patient/customer properly, the world would be a better place with more people like him. Thank you Dr Pousti and is incredible team for making me feel so happy and so comfortable!
