2 wk post op update: Here are some pictures I decided to post. Scarey for ME!! IDK why...just is. I think I have been doing and healing extremely well. I am Very happy with my Doctor and think he he got everything right.
I don't have the before pictures though...thought I would ask him for them next time I go. Quite a Difference!!! I couldn't bring myself to take the before pics LOL

Well 10 days out now. Thought I would share some...
Well 10 days out now. Thought I would share some of my feelings and experiences with y-all. ;o)
At this point I can definitely tell I am going to LOVE my new belly!!! The lipo on my back and sides has still left me swollen enough so that my jeans are uncomfortable though.
I am looking forward with Great excitement to getting my last drain taken out on Wed. Doc. took the 1st one out at my one week return visit, but left one in. But from what I have heard from other ladies here having trouble with internal bleeding and hemotomas that required more work done... I quess it's not sooo bad!!
With every day that goes by I am able to move around more and for longer periods of time. And Today I have begun standing as straight as possible and even arching backward....oooohhh feels kinda good on the back ;oD
So from me, Still a BIG THUMBS UP for those of you who are still trying to deside.....Do I do it or Don't I?????

Well I have Never had a flat tummy. Always had a lower belly bump even before having my two children in 79 and 80. I raised my kids and watched as my Hubby fixed up classic cars and suped-up motorcycles. All That time I kept thinking.."When do I get My Doll-up?"
So now that I'm 50ish I decided now was the time to fix the effects that child-bearing and aging had done to my skin. Something for Me after years of taking care of everyone else.
I think the most important thing for me was having a real "Trust" connection with my surgeon. I did as much research as I could on-line then chose Dr. Christiano. Awesome bed-side manor. Answered All my questions and showed me pictures of his work. It was pricey!! But after seeing the results..you can't put a price on perfection!! I could see the results the 1st time he loosened the binder in the hospital to show me his work. Flat and tight!! He said it was swollen but it looked beautiful to me.
So now the recovery is under way. Drains should come out in one week. And I should be able to start to straighten up by then. Every day gets me closer to feeling better about me, better in my own jeans and maybe even a swim suit this summer!!
