Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery

I just had a upper eyelid and lower surgery and I don’t like the results. The crease looks ridiculously high. Am I thinking being over paranoid or should I require a revision surgery? I know it’s only 8 days post op but I don’t know if this is actual swelling or it’s my eyelid being cut way over the top?

I would wait a little bit- looks like there's still some orbital swelling, too early too tell. Did you have a bleph? Ptosis repair?
I did but unfortunately didn’t have a ptosis repair. The lid currently has dropped ever so slightly but it still looks really thick and probably swollen
Yes, You are paranoid. Give it some time
Haha ok just wanted some reassurance but thank you!
Yeah it's normal to feel paranoid right after surgery, but honestly give it sometimes for the tissues to heal and settled. Even if you don't like the results there's not much you can do until everything completely healed and It takes 6 months to a year. Trust me I've been throughout it all... Best to wait a full year before any revisions. Hang in there!!
Thank you so much!!
I think you should wait for your scars to heal and if you're still feeling strongly about it... then I would decide... when my lower was done... I felt that way but now almost a year later you can't see my scars and everything appears normal.... allow your healing to take place...
Thank you for your reply!
I love the shape of your eyes after surgery . Can you please tell me the doctor name and how much it was ? I am searching for a doctor myself to do eye lids surgery and I would love to have your shape . Thank you . Sandra
Hi Sandra I did this in a top plastic medical centre in Vietnam called Emcas Medical, unfortunately I can’t remember his full name but it’s Dr Pham something! Hope that helps!
