I don't need a filter anymore - 8 days out and loving my results

I finally have time to post these progress pics! Bruises are pretty brutal but always covered with good concealer! Use darker concealer (not usual lighter concealer) to hide bruises and set the eyes normal. Otherwise the swollen eyes look bigger not smaller. I tried to minimize my eyes while healing.

I'm on day 20 post op of the upper and lower blepharotomy. I am pleased with the results; tighter eyelids, lessened bruises, and minor swelling. Make up covers the bruises and my under eyes look snatched! People have seen me and they totally see a remarkable improvement! My confidence is returning. I am thrilled!! Putting on eye make up is more rewarding everyday. At first the swelling was so much I couldn't put eyeliner or mascara on. Then daily it's better. I absolutely love eyeshadow again! Wow and you can see my eye make up! That was a surprise positive result of this procedure.
Dr. Matthew Zeiderman has checked on me often and has reassured me on any questions about unequal swelling from the surgery. He is ALWAYS informative, kind and pacient with me. I really feel like he cares about me as a person, and the surgical results.
