Hello everyone, here I go! I have been watching you transform your bodies, reading your reviews, praying for you and now, I am inspired to join you to the flat side on 11/7/17! I am 54 yrs old with 2 boys (in collage) both C-section and it's time to put myself first. I am very healthy, exercise regularly, never smoke, never drink and no known health problems at all. I am not going to lie, I am excited and scared same time! But, I know I have one of the best Board certified doctors in Upper Arlington, Ohio. I will post preop pictures soon but I need your advice on whether to get a recliner/lift chair or not, zero gravity or standard one? With my age, I am very cautious getting multiple procedures same time, I need lipo on my arms and hips and I nor sure how it would look if I don't. Over 50s, did you struggle with that decision of getting multiple procedures same time? Any advice of what I should do between now and the big day? Any supply list I should get other than wound supplies? Prayers are always welcome!.

My surgery is moved up to December 13th. I have got most of my supplies except the recliner. I will be ordering tomorrow. Also, I am not sure if I need to order waist trainer or spandex. I f order now, when will I wear it? Right after the surgery or will I have to wait for some time? Should I get bio oil and when do you use?

My Dr. put me in the binder right after surgery I came home with it. I think your PS should let you know. You do have to wear a binder for at least 6 weeks and then I think can switch to like a spanx. The binder helps with the swelling and it really makes you feel better, more protected to have it.
