My face feels like butter with generous amount of reductions in acne scar appearance. There is still hyper pigmentation left but I believe it’s going to require more than just one treatment. I went in for a PRP aka Vampire facial with hopes of getting old acne scars cleared up as well as to clear up some hyperpigmentation on the face around the chin area. I am on day 3 right now. Day 1 as I went in for procedure RN made me aware of the pain that will be cause sure to Microneedling trauma to my epidermis. After the numbing cream was applied, my blood was taken for plasma extraction to be used for my facial. The procedure was painful I am not going to lie but the staff RN, MA and the amazing Doctor made me feel like I was home so that took the anxiety away. I noticed redness and swelling within an hour after the procedure however the symptoms resided after the second day. I will keep posting picture as my skin shows progress but I have to admit that my skin already feels smooth.
