Very Happy After Almost 10 Years - Upland, CA

I am so sad to learn that Dr. Gallego is no longer in Southern California. He performed surgery on myself and many of my coworkers. We are still all very happy with our results even after almost 10 years! Let me tell you, I will, without a doubt, climb the highest mountain and swim the widest sea to find him and have him perform any future procedures. He is absolutely worth going to see. He is an absolute PERFECTIONIST! After losing 100 lbs from bariatric surgery, I did not look very attractive. I had a tummy tuck, breast implants (550's suggested by Dr. Gallego), and a breast augmentation, all at the same time. I didn't make any special requests or ask many questions, I just let the Dr do what he thought was best and I am sooo glad I did. I wish I could post pictures, but they may be too sexy. I swear you would never know I was once fat, LOL. In 2009, I found out I was pregnant and immediately called Dr Gallego "what's going to happen to my perfect, flat tummy? It's so perfect and tight, can it stretch to hold a baby? Will I ruin it?" He assured me that me and my baby will be fine. Can you believe no one knew I was pregnant at 7 months? My belly barely grew. I did not get one stretch mark, had a perfect baby, and my perfect flat tummy back in a couple months!!! I was able to breastfeed and my breasts look just like they did after my procedure. I ALWAYS sleep with a sports bra and apply firming lotion morning and night, I believe that helps me keep them looking great. As for my scares, they faded many, many years ago. All I can say is Dr Gallego really did a great and perfect job, I have NO complaints. I am always comfortable and confident to show my work to any woman who asks. Trust me, he is the BEST! Not to mention Super Cute, dresses sharp, and smells great too! Omg, did I just say that? LOL ; ) Dr Gallego, I am still your biggest fan and can go on for days about you. Oxoxox
