26 Year Old, 5'2" 116lbs 470cc Breast Augmentation

So I finally decided to get a breast augmentation. I'm not flat chested at all I'm currently a 32C but I've always wanted to have round full boobies with good cleavage. I recently started going to the gym and I noticed my bra was loose and I was not feeling it up anymore. That's when I decided I wanted a breast augmentation. I did a lot of research and I was happy to find Dr. Smili in Beverly Hills. I love keeping up with his Snap Chat and I was even more happy to see he had a surgical center in Upland which is 20mim away from my home. I had my consultation on January 25, 2017. I explained to the PS that I wanted to look proportional and natural he suggested 450cc. He measured my boobs and did mention my left boob was smaller so he would do 475cc on the left and 450 on the right. Silicone High Profile, under the muscle. He will also do an areola reduction since I have pretty big areolas which most likely will only stretch more with the augmentation. I booked the following day and left my deposit. I have an appointment on February 2, 2017 for blood work and to get my prescriptions for the pain medication. Can't wait!!

I did it! The surgery was a breeze I was very afraid to go under but it felt as if it happened in the blink of an eye. I ended up getting 470cc on my left and 495cc on my right. Silicone, HP under the muscle. On my 1 Day Post-Op follow up I had the bandages taken off and I was so scared thinking I'd gone too big because the swelling scared me (they looked huuuge) The nurse assured me the swelling would go down.
I was very uncomfortable the first days after my BA and areola reduction the pain was not what I expected, but then again I have a very low pain tolerance ????. I was on top of the pain medication (hydrocodone) every 4 hours and of course the antibiotic. I did however stop taking the pain medication (hydrocodone) on the 4th day and switched to Tylenol.
I had my 1 week Post-Op two days ago. My PS said I was healing really well but he did point out the swelling was still moderate but would subside within the next couple of weeks. He wants me to start massaging immediately 5 times a day for 5min. At this point I'm very happy with the size I chose naked they look huge but awesome! (My husband agrees ????) With clothes on you can't really tell I had a BA it just looks as if I am wearing a push up bra.
Today I'm 9 Days Post-Op and I'm finally feeling better. I'm no longer in pain it's just a constant discomfort. Morning boob was the worst I hate that feeling but every day it gets better. I still can't reach far out over my shoulders and they are still very tight and hard looking. Can't wait for them to settle and see my final result!
