Unsatisfactory Hair Transplant Result and No Response from Clinic After 12 Months
I am writing this review after giving the clinic more than enough time to respond and resolve the situation privately. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to contact them via email, phone, and WhatsApp, I have received no meaningful response.
It has now been approximately 12 months since my hair transplant, which is the standard timeframe for final evaluation.
My experience and results have been deeply disappointing.
Main issues with the result:
• The frontal hairline is slanted and asymmetrical.
• The right temple is placed significantly further forward toward the forehead than the left (around 1–2 cm difference), creating obvious facial imbalance.
• The temporal area is overly dense and compact, instead of soft and natural.
• There is incorrect hair angulation, especially in the temples, causing hairs to stand straight out.
• Coarse / multi-hair grafts were used in areas where only single-hair grafts should be placed (hairline and temples).
• The transition between the hairline, temples, and surrounding areas is unnatural and poorly blended.
These are design and implantation errors, not healing-related issues, and they do not improve with time.
I have since consulted with other hair transplant clinics, who confirmed that the problems are structural and would require corrective surgery.
What makes this situation worse is the lack of responsibility and communication from the clinic. I attempted to contact them at around 9 months post-op, and again after 12 months, but my concerns have been ignored.
I am sharing this review to warn future patients:
• Do thorough research.
• Ask who will actually perform each part of the procedure.
• Be cautious if post-operative concerns are dismissed or avoided.
I genuinely hoped to resolve this directly with the clinic, but their refusal to engage left me with no other option than to share my experience publicly.
