Unprofessional and very disappointed
Unprofessional, went in for a refill, Cindy gave the wrong prescription 3x times in 1 visit, did not listen to any answers I gave to her questions. Had to file a complaint the 3rd time prescription was wrong with Kaiser member services to get everything corrected. 6 hours frustration for a simple refill. Very upset and disappointed at her professional courtesy and conduct.
