Sat by the pool today- looked and felt great! Still having swelling over/under my incision and feeling very swollen and uncomfortable in the evenings but I'm finding if I'm careful about eating clean, I feel much better in terms of energy and swelling. I guess that's a given:) feeling very excited about my results right now!

I am continuing to heal and feeling good. My swelling has continued to go down slowly, making my scar ridge much better. Trying to be patient for full results. I added a before/after pic in the same dress I'm so happy with my results so far! I am wondering how long everyone waited before adding light cardio (probably just walking longer distances). I am working half days this week, so hopefully I will be able to keep my mind busy and body slowed down!

What a difference a day makes...I tried on the blue shirt in my before pics and am SO happy with how much better it looks now! Even if I can't wear a bikini, at least I can look good in my clothes every day:)
