Thank you to all of the ladies who have contributed to this site. Your experiences, stats and photos have been very helpful in this process. I have been pondering this step for at least 4 years. I am wanting to document this so I can be helpful to others as we'll. I am 5'10'' 160# have a 38b or 36c gaping on cup. Active lifestyle and have discussed 450cc under silicone moderate plus with my PS. Have pre op late April. Keep you posted!

I am hoping that it is just the right size breezebaby! I have wondered back and forth but that is where I settled. I do like my PS. He was professional but personable. Met with two PS and liked the one that was closer to home. I do trust him and I am looking forward to the results.

Here are some before. I am 41 and no kids so no lift needed but did lose 20# over the last year or so. Would like to still trim up but will probably not experience weight loss with added muscle. So 7 weeks from more proportion!
