Consultation went well today! So excited and happy with Dr. Bivens! He was so sure of what I need done and made me feel very comfortable!! I was able to get an appt. as soon as Saturday!! ???????????????? and Lee his Assistant was very nice and helpful and also had her BA done by Dr. Bivens and they looked awesome! I paid half today and will be the other half the day of Surgery! I went with 400cc under the muscle and I wanted the incision under the breast but he recommends throught the Arreola So I'm doing it through the Arreola because less chance of bottoming out. And the Arreola heals with minimal scar! Has anyone done the same procedure and size as me? Any advice for before and after surgery or regrets? Thank you

Day after my consultation and...
Day after my consultation and I'm starting to second guess the size that my PS chose! I feel it might be to big for me!! Does 400CC seem too much if I'm 5'3 about 110-115lbs? I originally wanted a full C but I'm sure this 400 CC will take me to a small D! But then again since it's under the muscle will I be loosing some of the size?? I'm so confused!!! I want a natural look and don't know if I should Lower the CC's !?!? Any advice!?

I'm having my surgery in April. I started second guessing EVERYTHING! I originally chose 375cc saline unders through axillary (armpit). The more research I did and more pics I saw I changed my mind about incision. I drove almost 3 hours to my ps just to sign my name that I was changing to inframammary incision. I got home and started questioning the size. Some of the comments from surgeons on this site told me 375cc would be too large for me. A couple said they would recommend I go to 400cc! Then I was even more confused! Soooo...I drove back AGAIN to try sizers. I decided to stay with375 but changed to silicone-lol! Of course when I got home, I started online again. My gosh, I've downloaded so many pics to my phone of my "wish boobs" and "nightmare boobs" if my phone were ever to be lost whomever found it would think I was a pervert! Lol! I finally made a deal with myself that I wouldn't research anymore or look up any more pics. I only allow myself on this site until after my surgery. I think everyone's anatomy is different so what might be big on someone else may look totally natural on you. I keep telling myself that I need to trust my surgeon. I told him I didn't want to make a statement with my new boobs and he said 375cc was a good choice for me. I think it really depends on the look you are going for. I say go with your gut and trust your ps. (Please note; I'm telling you this and trying to convince myself at the same time-he he!) I think we all start second guessing. It's all a gamble because there is no garantee of what they'll look like or what size they'll actually be. Good luck and keep us posted! I'll be anxious to hear since my bug day is a little over 3 weeks away!

I have 360 & 380cc saline under muscle and incision in fold. I'm very petite (5'4 107ishlbs) so if you want to go look at my pics you could get a pretty good idea of what that general range of size will look like. Mine are still a bit swollen of course bc they are still new! Good luck!

I'm pretty sure there is not a single girl who doesn't question/freak out about size!
I just had mine done march 21st. Go check out my pics and see what you think. I'm of course a tad swollen since they're still new (one more so than the other)
We are similar in stats. I am about 5'4, 106lbs and I have 380cc L and 360cc R (one started out bigger obviously)
I think I'm going to love the size. I'm going to try and post daily pics to track my progress so hopefully it helps a bit. Try not to stress too much, communicate openly with your PS and be very specific with how you want them to look & try not to focus so much on the number itself

Thanks for sharing! I looked at you pics and they look great! I originally wanted your induction but the PS said through the Arreola! So I won't have a scar under! Man 380 is not too far from 400cc should I tell my PS to lower the CCs just a tad! Will it make a difference!!?

but thank you! my PS and I decided the range of 350-375cc. it is always good to have wiggle room. that is the beauty of choosing saline implants. I think that anywhere from 350-400 will give you that full c/small d you are looking for. and remember what i said, dont focus so much on the number itself or cup size. Cup sizes mean totaly different things for different women and body types. In clothing I am confident you will still be able to look conservative. I really dont think that a few cc's will make a huge difference. The majority of women wish they went bigger rather than smaller anyways. I think you will be pleased with your breasts whatever you end up with.
also i chose to go have my incision in my breast fold because with saline the cut is so teeny tiny! plus i dont scar bad! i have such a fear of cutting my nipple lol!! i have a friend who did it through the nipple and she lost feeling and they look weird! that is not to make you freak out because there are potential complications with any incision site! Just try to relax and like i said, be very open and honest with your wishes and and concerns with your doctor. he will take care of you! i was soooooooo nervous about everything but once surgery day came and went i couldn't believe what a smooth process it was!

oh and try not to OVER "google"! i looked at soooo many different pictures of women with my stats and the sizes they got and it would frustrate me because 350cc on one girl would look to small and on another it would look huge. youll drive yourself nuts! lol research is GREAT but dont over do it!

I'm a dummy, not because I literally googled EVERY day, but because the night before surgery I was watching YouTube videos of the surgery itself!!! Bad idea lol!!!

Hi - I got my saline implants over 15 years ago. They were 350cc filled to 405cc placed under the muscle, transaxillary (armpit) incision. At the time I was 36 years old & weighed 115-120 lbs. I am 5'5 tall and now weigh 125 lbs. I asked for a full C and ended up with a small D. Over the years I regretted going this "big", I avoided tight tops, it interfered with some of my fitness activities, and as I put weight on, my breasts seemed to have increased in size as well. If you want to look more natural, I would consider going smaller & you should also consider how it may affect your fitness activities as well. I will be explanting but I came across your review in the newsfeed & thought I'd share my experience with you. Best wishes!

Thanks for sharing your story with me! Man Everyone with my stats usually goes just below 400cc's!!! Which is making it harder to accept 400CC's ! Again I want a natural look! :/
