Sizing disappointment update

WORTH IT$5,001
Since I have been disappointed with the size I made an appointment to discuss with my doctor. Even though he placed a size and a half smaller than what I had requested he explained that these were the largest my body could handle due to my pec muscles not being able to stretch out further. He told me that he understands how nobody wants to have to go through two surgeries to get the proper size but If any larger had been placed he said I would've had complications such as symastia (the uniboob) which is nearly impossible to fix. So I have taken that into consideration and am really happy that he was looking out for my best interest. I am still very young and will eventually need another surgery in life so I will wait till then to go bigger. For the time being I'm going to love and appreciate my new body!

I think you look PERFECT !!! But I do understand you wanting bigger. I would be happy if mine turn out like yours. You always can go bigger the next time honey.
Aww thanks, you're so sweet! Good luck on your upcoming surgery :)
Don't get it. Did he mean that he knew advance that if you wanted to have a larger size in the future, your have to go through two procedures ?
No not originally. The 450ccs fit my chest wall and all that during the measuring and pre op appointments. Once he was doing the surgery that size could not fit without the risk of complication so he felt it was better to give me a smaller implant. (I also told him he could have the final say with my considerations kept in mind). With the size I currently have already has had some trouble with keeping the skin tight on the sternum so I would definitely have major problems if he gave me the 450.
I see . For what it's worth I agree with you. Revision is just a matter of time ,8-10-14-15 years. You never know . If you feel like upsizing then , you will, no point in having resentments !

Felling upset about size

So ever since I had my surgery I had been a little disappointed with the size and how I feel they're too small. I couldn't figure out why I felt like this until I realized at my pre op I had chosen 450 and I was given 360, a whole size smaller! I am happy with the shape and the fact that I haven't had any complications but still just very upset that I am not as large as I had wanted. In VS bra I'm measuring very large but I honestly hate VS and their vanity sizing because my breast are no way actually a triple D. I wanted to fill out my tops and have a wow factor without looking fake but there is really not much of a difference in my clothes... I look like a B if that. Anyone have any good advice and how to cope with this?

You look great !! Very natural , I personally think is a great size for you . Good luck !
Thanks so much for the encouragement! I'm trying to not think negative thoughts since it is a nice improvement but still disappointing because it's so expensive to not have exactly what you asked for plus all the time dedicated to healing.
Im so sorry. Im having the second ba a decade later.in hindsight, i wish i had done that earlier.
Hang in ! There are quite a lot of us
I hope your second one goes well and turns out how you are wanting!
Me too. Its a little overwhelming but i have faith that in a few month I'll be in a happier place.
Fingers crossed so you don't harbour resentment.
Btw, your result looks beautiful!
Hi Jean101, I understand how you feel. I don't think mine are big enough either. In some clothes they just disappear. May I ask why you didn't stick with 450cc ?
When I went into surgery the 450 is what I thought I was getting but ultimately the DR chooses the size... He tried on 8 different ones and settled on the smaller ones. I thought it would be slightly different but not a whole size smaller.
My PS totally do different. He said he won't choose size for patients. He let me picked the size and tell me if it could fit me. You look beautiful darling. But I completely understand how you feel. I'm thinking going bigger in a year.
