To all of my Real Self pre op sisters this surgery will give you a a new found confidence, you will walk a little a taller, hold your head a little straighter, and your self esteem will be through the roof . I can't wait for you guys to have your surgery. To all of my post op sisters, we did it!!!! Now lets enjoy all that it brings. Got home at 3:00 and played dress up until my husband said tome to put back on the torture chamber, but I managed to take 2 selfies for my ladies

Dr. Salama is so down to earth and very easy to talk to. I immediately felt comfortable with him. After we talked and joked for a few minutes I knew that my search for a cosmetic surgeon was definitely over with. Dr. Salama will be doing my other procedures, I highly recommend him.

So happy you love your results.! I'm going in April. I really wish we were all in a group chat. Texting is easier but I enjoy talking to the salama dolls it's exciting yet distracting as hell at work lol

It's so much easier because I have the app and it's totally different from going on the site off the net! I like using it on the net better than the app on the phone! Did you stay at the recover house?

I actually stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott on Anglers Ave. It has a full kitchen and is about 15-20 mins away from Dr Salama

You look great! Dr. Salama did mine last Tuesday and I am so swollen! I have almost 10 pounds of swelling. You don't look swollen at all! Good job!

Hey how is you're recovery going.? I see you're from Michigan as well. Have you found anyone to do lymphatic massages here?

I apologize for not replying sooner. My recovery has been ok, I haven't found anyone 2 do the lymphatic massages so I've opted for deep tissue massages instead.
