4 weeks out!!
Just thought I would give a quick update now I finally made it to 4 weeks!
After having the Seroma drained twice a week for the past few weeks it seems we have finally got to the end of it (yay) I just hope it doesn't come back!
I had my 4 week check with Mr Murphy and he said although I'm more swollen than most people at this point I'm going in the right direction and that soon enough nature will take its course and I will be happy he said he's pleased with the outcome and I trust him he said normally he would suggest light excercise at this point but I'm not ready with what's happened!
I'm still not at work yet as this has made me feel so tired and drained I can't wait to feel normal again I felt I was doing ok then last night I lifted my 19month old out of her cot due to circumstances I couldn't control and I'm paying for it today so iv not moved out of the house.
It's been a hard 4 weeks but I can see the progress and can already see that it's going to be worth it in the end and I'm really happy with how well my scar is healing I just need to be patient as its taking me longer than other people.

It's been a tough 2 weeks!!
So I finally hit the 2 week mark and boy it's been tough I developed a Seroma I knew the swelling was not right I was so sore and swollen, my muscles didn't hurt much it was the swelling making me so uncomfortable.
I have been seeming my nurse and Mr Murphy every few days and I honestly cannot fault the care I have been receiving They have been brilliant I know I'm in safe hands! I have had fluid drained 3 times since last Friday and gosh there was a lot I am back on Tuesday for another check and to see if any more needs draining it's made a huge difference and I can finally see light at the end of the Tunnel, I can finally stand straight and this makes me happy I'm finally feeling much more positive.
