Had waited a long time for this operation and was was very impressed with Gary Ross at my initial consultation. I went back for a second consultation and he explained the procedure in more detail and was completely honest and upfront about the best results which could be expected, he did not give me any false expectations and fully explained the areas which may be an issue. Gary and his colleagues were very friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Whilst it is only 6 months later, I am very very happy with the results and feel that the results are better than what I was expecting. The procedure is a major one, and I personally underestimated how big an operation and procedure this is, despite having been told by Gary Ross. Definitely definitely worth it now though ?? Love the results
