After hearing good review about Mr Clarke at Transform Abbey Pines. I went for a consultation. I was firstly booked in the have an implant with a crescent lift. But advise I would need a lift in about a year of having the implant. Therefore I asked about a lift with a small implant. I was given a full anchor lift with the left breast 300cc and right 260cc implant. This was not agreed with myself and now the left breast is large and has a lot of projection, when lay down the right breast looks flat in comparison to the left! One of the nipples are round and sits the the correct place and other nipple is stretched and sits in the different location to the left one! Mr Clarke spend all of 1 minute, if that in the day if my op and draw lines on my breast in about 20 seconds, no measurement just free hand. I have researched breast ops since and feel I should have had the lollipop lift and there was no need in the anchor lift as my breast was not sever. As for after care, I haven't had any! All I had was a 6 week check up, I expressed my concerns and Mr Clarke didn't seem bothered and didn't want to help. I feel Transform didn't look after me at all, have took my money and totally rushed everything. I didn't get a room till after 13:00 and I paid £5,300 for the surgery. I have complained to Transform and if its not resolved I will be going to GMC and talking it further! Mr Clarke should have put 300cc and 280cc in my breasts but this was not the case! Also from just an implant to a full anchor is very extreme! I hate my breast and the scars now.

What was the name of your doctor? I'm meant to be having surgery in December with Mr Clarke but getting slightly concerned with all these negative reviews about transform.

Hi there, I would recommend Mr A Farooq, he is an NHS consultant at Warrington Hospital but also works private at Spire Clinic in Stretton, Cheshire. I would not recommend Transform or Paul Clarke.

Hi. Thanks for your comments. Defo not seeking revision as my story is so long. When I walked into the operating room, I totally freaked out, I was crying and said 'I can't have it done' I was so scared and shaking! I was put to sleep and since this I can't sleep at night, I'm on sleeping tablets and no way I could trust anyone to put me to sleep. I am meant to be going back to the clinic so they can take after pictures but I can't walk in there, I hate the place!

Hi there, I've had a very similar experience at Transform. I had liposuction with Mr Cutrofo, I had liposuction, both my arms/elbows have been mis-shapen, my Surgeon and Patient Co-ordinator both went on holiday as soon as I'd had my prodecure/paid, and the Regional Manager, Neil Trevitt, also went on holiday when I complained to him. The surgeon spent 10/15 mins with me at a push? The Patient Co-ordinator, at Fulham does not know her stuff, she has very recently come from MYA and is very aggressive and not very knowledgeable - the ONLY thing she spoke to me about was the money - nothing else! As soon as I paid the balance she put her out of office on and went on holiday.....no advice on aftercare, compression garments, LPG massages - nothing whatsoever. Transform Fulham appear to be running an outfit lacking in professionalism.

Do you mind if I ask you how they resolved your complaint? I hope you're doing okay now, it's a horrible experience, and I sympathise with you.

Mr Clarke of Transform also performed surgery on me and it was not as agreed implants bigger than we discussed causing me back pain. In the PIP scare i contacted Transform in 2012 who confirm I did not have PIP implants, however, this year in July 2016 my implants ruptured and guess what? Yes they are, PIP. Transform don't want to know unless I pay for another surgery. Advice from me? Keep away from this company, only after your cash.
