I have been wanting a breast augmentation for...

I have been wanting a breast augmentation for about 6 years now having been a 32AA. I finally plucked up the courage to tell my mother that I wanted boob job and then the research began.
I found a surgeon and went to the consultation thinking I wanted rounded implants but the surgeon said he wanted to use 375cc anatomical implants under the muscle on me as I am very tiny to achieve the result I wanted of a natural full C cup, I had no idea about this type so I went to do some research on it which I found absolutely nothing apart from people saying there were more complications with them rotating which my surgeon informed me of.....This is why I have decided to write this as going against the rotating issues and extra risks it was the best decision I made!

Before Surgery:
I didn't really have any time to prepare mentally for my surgery as from consultation to surgery day I only had 10 days, I arrived at Mount Stuart Hospital in Torquay, UK and was shown to my private room which was outstanding, I was prepped and before I knew it was being wheeled down to theatre.

After Surgery:
I woke up and instantly felt tight on my chest, there was no pain at all just discomfort and my arms felt like they had been filled with lead as I couldn't lift them to eat at first. I looked down and say my new boobies for the first time and was just shocked as they were massive and sat quite high and were shiny! I stayed in overnight and have never felt so useless in all my life, I couldn't scratch my face or even shuffle to make myself comfortable and having to pee in a bedpan was one of my most challenging experience!
I was finally allowed to get up in the morning and with the help of 2 nurses they managed to get me out of bed and get in the car to go home (felt every bump in the road that day).

Day 3:
This was by far the worse day after my surgery as the pain killers wore off and was left with ibuprofen and paracetamol only and my muscles had finally realised what had happened, I needed help getting in and out of bed but was determined to do everything myself as I am a very independent person.

Day 4:
I woke up feeling great, I was still feeling tight on my chest but I was walking further distances (I even went for a walk to the shop) I was very aware of my surroundings and was worried about people knocking into me though and walked with a hunch and my muscles where too tight to stand up straight.

1 week after surgery:
I started to feel like myself again and went back to work taking it easy, I still had my hunchback and got exhausted really easily but I felt relieved to be back acting normal again. The swelling had gone down a bit and the breast have dropped looking a bit more normal and less shiny.

2 weeks after surgery:
I had my check up and was informed everything looked really good, I was still struggling to sit up from the laying down position on my own but had worked out a good rocking technique to get me up. I had also passed the "risk" stage for the rotating of the implants and was delighted.

3 weeks after surgery:
This is when I felt like I had nothing done, everything had settled nicely and I can finally lay on my side... hurrah!!!

2 months after surgery:
This is where I am to current date, I finally got sized up and am a 32DD, so slightly larger than I wanted but they do only look like a C cup so am very happy and I now own bras in 2 days then I have in about 10 years. The scars loom really good, red but clean and the breast implants are softening up nicely.

Overall:
This was the best decision I have ever made and recommend Tear drop implants to anyone who has a small frame and doesn't want the rounded fake look. There has been hardly any pain but a lot of discomfort but just bear in mind that its is about a week of discomfort for 15 years of joy!!
I have taken photos to show the recovery stages.
