17 days post op. With Frankenstein nipples ;-)

Just a few pics. I can't see too much difference. Swelling is less but still very high on the top. They are definitely softer. I can stop wearing the band now.

week 2 post op

In week two, I was slowly getting better. I didn't move like a tyrannosaurus rex anymore, altho it became a bit of a habit for me. I was able to lift things but still struggled to reach and lift. Bending over was also a big no. My manual handling training finally paid up, regarding lifting and bending and save procedures. The pain in my chest has eased mostly. I only find in the mornings that's I'm still a little sore. They feel heavy and achy, however that goes within a minute.
I've seen the nurse 2 times for checkups and she's happy with my scars and recovery.
I did mention that I had a cramp in my leg for 4 days and she said I should go to the docs ASAP to check if it thrombosis (blood clot) as I'm a high candidate. Luckily the hospital X rayed me the next day and they didn't find anything. It must be from sleeping upright for so many days. I am now able to sleep on my back, which feels like heaven.
Oh and my scars are itching like crazy!
I've also been given the ok to SHOWER! Finally, no more wash cloth washes.
Also I weighed myself on day 10, I added almost 10kg which seem redicilious. I was quite swollen from water retention and I felt heavy and fat. After 3 days I lost 2 kg, so I know it's all just water. But I'm not feeling fully sexy yet

Hi everyone, I thought I'll join in and talk...

Hi everyone,
I thought I'll join in and talk about my experience to help others.
After finally deciding to go for a breast augmentation, I went and booked my date for the 4th of December. My surgeon was a lovely man and was very professional and comforting. I trusted him to make the right decision after telling him I want to look full and natural. Nothing too big.
I'm 33, 173 cm, slim and tall and we decided to go for the round motiva, 400cc under muscle. With a nippele lift.
The experience was very exciting yet I was also nervous. I tried to focus on the fun side and was looking forward to see what it's like to suddenly fall asleep on the operating table and wake up with my new girls. Apparently I woke up several time and asked the same questions 'Have I got boobies? I got boobies!' And 'did I snore?' Haha
The op went well and I was soon back in my room recovering. The nurses were lovely and got me a hot chocolate and biscuits, and Sandwiches later on. They checked me every 30 min...or so it seems as I was in and out of sleep. When I got a bit sore they gave me painkillers. The pain felt like someone had hooks on my chest's ribs and was pulling them, when I moved. It felt like someone was sitting on my chest at times too.
I have to say the first 3 days were hard and I'm glad I arranged to stay at my parents, were mum could help me. She even had to flannel wash me as I couldn't stretch.
At first my new boobs were quite swollen, on the sides and the top. And really stiff. I was too scared to touch them. There was no bruising, I think the arnica tablets must have helped. On day 3 I did bruise a little near my nipples, however it soon went after taking more arnica pills.
It is now day 4 and I feel much better. I have to leave my plasters on my nipples and under the boobs, were the implants went in, until I see the nurse for my checkup on the 15th. Sometimes the incisions really itch, I think that's a sign of healing. I've also reduced my cocodamol painkillers as it's not so painful anymore and I'm fed up of being bloated.
YES a beast Aug may make you bloated along with the medicine. I have been a bit constipated and had to take laxative. I'm glad I did as I looked pregnant :-)

I'll try and send more pics as I heal.
Hope this helps

I am glad I did it and didn't go bigger or smaller. I think they are perfect and look forward to the final result.

He's a lovely man. And very respectful, unlike some surgeons. I fully trusted him from the day I met him. He knew what I needed and wanted. I would definitely recommend him!
